Hai Phong City Labor Federation establishes the Trade Union of ShangFeng Shoe accessories Company Limited

The conference announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation (Hai Phong City Labor Federation) on admitting 22 employees of ShangFeng Shoe Furniture Company Limited to the Vietnam Trade Union; establishing the Trade Union of ShangFeng Shoe Furniture Company Limited. At the same time, the Company's Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union was appointed with 3 members, Ms. Bui Thi Tam to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union. The Trade Union of ShangFeng Shoe accessories Company Limited organizes and operates according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Speaking at the conference, representatives of the Trade Union Working Committee and the Hai Phong City Labor Federation requested that immediately after its establishment, the Company's Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee develop regulations for activities and annual work programs; closely follow the leaders of enterprises to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements; perform well the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Along with that, closely follow the direction of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation and the Ward Labor Union to operate in accordance with regulations. Kien An Ward Trade Union is interested in guiding the Company Trade Union to operate effectively.
