Hai Phong establishes the Trade Union of Mandala Company - Hai Duong Branch

At the launching ceremony of the Trade Union of Mandala Hotel and Service Management Company - Hai Duong Branch, representatives of the Trade Union of Thach Khoi Ward (Hai Phong City) presented the decision to admit 18 union members to the Trade Union organization, and announced the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union also approved the program of activities in the coming time, with the core task of strengthening the organization and implementation of activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

The grassroots trade union will organize cultural, artistic and sports activities to celebrate major national holidays; promote propaganda to union members about the Party's guidelines and laws of the State, the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the resolutions of the higher-level Trade Union, as well as the role, functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization.

In addition, the Trade Union coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to fully implement policies and regimes related to the legitimate rights and interests of employees such as wages, social insurance, and health insurance.

The launch of the grassroots Trade Union at the Company contributes to strengthening the care and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; creating conditions for union members to participate in emulation movements, while building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
