From a soldier to an outstanding worker

Having participated in military service, returned to normal life, and promoted the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", Mr. Thai always took the initiative to study and find a way to develop his economy. In early 2008, he officially became a mechanical worker at Tam Duong Tea Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Thai shared: As a worker working directly at a tea processing factory, I was assigned to operate machinery and equipment. I am always aware of my responsibility in ensuring labor safety, so I always try to perform the operation according to the correct technique and process. At the same time, I also proactively advise and propose to the company and factory leaders solutions for maintenance, repair, upgrading, and improvement of equipment and electrical systems to reduce the burden of work for workers, meeting job requirements."

Not only that, Mr. Thai also proactively coordinated with Ban Bo Tea Factory and Sin Ho Tea Factory to install and repair equipment and electrical systems for production; received opinions and directed production shifts to ensure product quality and safety in labor and production. Thanks to that, he has always been trusted by his superiors and colleagues in the company and factory.

Enortiable technical innovation initiatives

During the production process, there were unexpected incidents such as sudden power outages, power outages, leading to engine burns and inability to operate. In those situations, Mr. Thai always took the initiative to handle them successfully. Thanks to that, each 1KW of engine burned after re-winding, the factory reduced 204,000 VND/KW, saving the company 20-30 million VND/year. In particular, during his years working at the company, Mr. Thai has not had any unsafe working conditions.

Not stopping there, he also actively explores and, together with his colleagues, has many technical innovation initiatives, contributing to reducing production costs, increasing productivity and output, and ensuring safety in production. Typically, the initiative "Solution to improve the technology of conveyor belt transfer to tea with a shaping machine system" has created replacement equipment with 2 production workers, reducing costs for the company by 120 million VND/year. In 2024, the group of authors will continue to improve outdated equipment, ensuring stable operations.

With his continuous efforts, on January 1, Mr. Thai was honored to be in the ranks of the Party. As a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam and a union member, he always upholds the spirit of internal solidarity; actively participates in movements launched and organized by the higher-level union and the grassroots union, especially the movement "Good workers - Creative workers". He also actively responds to social and charity funds launched by organizations; shares and encourages colleagues in difficult circumstances, and families with charity and celebrations. At the same time, he also gave opinions to the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participate in cultural, artistic and sports activities.

With his tireless efforts, Mr. Thai has achieved many achievements and has been commended and rewarded by the company, all levels and sectors. In particular, from 2018 to present, he has been assessed and classified as a Party member who has completed his tasks well or better; for 2 consecutive years (2023, 2024), he has achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level, Outstanding Union Member; in 2024, he received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation for his outstanding achievements in labor and production on the occasion of Workers' Month 2024 and was commended by the company and proposed by the Provincial People's Committee to be awarded a Certificate of Merit for completing tasks excellently in 2024.
