Party member Phan Van Linh is dedicated to the development of the Party organization

As a Party member, Mr. Phan Van Linh is always deeply aware of his responsibility in setting an example, taking the lead in work and creativity. Since taking on the position of Team Leader of the Network Management Team in 2023, he has been constantly looking for innovative solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the water supply network. His duties include leading and directing the regulation of water supply, fixing water supply pipeline damage and advising the Board of Directors on implementing solutions to prevent water loss. Under his leadership, the Network Management Team has effectively implemented the management, operation and regulation of the water supply network in the city with a pipeline system of more than 30 km long.

He has proposed many innovative solutions, contributing significantly to reducing the water loss rate from 22.4% (in 2022) to 14% (in 2024), this is the lowest level since the company was established. In particular, the solution "Succing water pipes using homemade wells" proposed and recognized by him has helped save significant costs, while being suitable for local mountainous conditions. Thanks to these contributions, he has helped the company achieve high economic efficiency, estimated to make a profit of more than 4 billion VND in 2024. The company has also become one of the leading units in terms of low loss rates among the clean water production and business units of the Northern Drainage Supply and Supply Association of Vietnam today.

In his role as Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the direct production teams, Mr. Linh always shows exemplary behavior and dedication to building and developing the Party organization. He led the Party Cell to effectively carry out propaganda work, organize Party activities, implement directives and resolutions of the higher Party, and closely monitor the activities of each Party member. The Party cell maintains the Party's working regime, constantly improving the quality of thematic activities, creating a favorable environment for Party members to learn and promote their abilities. Thanks to that, for many consecutive years, the Party Cell has achieved the title of "Excellent Party Cell completing tasks", and in 2024, no Party member has been assessed as weak or disciplined.

Mr. Linh shared: "For me, the Party organization is a solid support for each individual to promote their abilities. We always try to build the Party Cell not only as a place to fulfill our tasks but also a place to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity and responsibility in each Party member. When the Party cell is strong, all difficulties can be overcome.

As a member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term, Mr. Phan Van Linh always actively advises to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. He participates in developing regulations such as wages, bonuses, emulation and rewards, labor regulations, etc., ensuring compliance with State policies and the actual situation of enterprises. He is also a pioneer in organizing cultural, artistic, sports activities and meaningful events such as sports festivals and celebrations, to care for the spiritual life of cadres, workers and their children.

Chairman and Director of Cao Bang Water Supply One Member Co., Ltd., Mr. Du Huu Nghia, commented: Comrade Phan Van Linh is one of the most outstanding officers of the Company. Not only is he good at his profession, he is also an exemplary Party member, taking the lead in all activities. As a Party Committee member, he has advised the organization, implementation of the study and implementation of directives and resolutions to all Party cell members, concretizing them into the political tasks of the unit in the most effective way. That effort has helped the Party Cell of the direct production teams achieve the title of "Excellent Party Cell completing tasks" for many consecutive years. He was also personally commended by the Provincial Federation of Labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the National Conference to honor outstanding workers.

With his tireless efforts, Mr. Phan Van Linh is a symbol of dedication, creativity and responsibility. He is not only a good leader, an exemplary Party member but also a leading flag in the company's emulation movements, contributing to affirming the position of the Party organization in the enterprise.

With continuous achievements over the years, Mr. Phan Van Linh has been nominated by the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor to be on the list of selectors to commend "Outstanding worker who is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam for the first time in 2025".

At the same time, Mr. Linh is one of 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam to be commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on February 16, 2025.
