tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company is a 100% private enterprise, where the Party Committee with 4 Party cells and 56 Party members always maintains the role of leadership, direction, and resolution development in accordance with the regulations and closely coordinates with the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for implementation.
The Party Committee always pays attention to consolidating and building the spirit of solidarity, unity, expanding democracy, maintaining discipline, and promoting collective intelligence. For many consecutive years, the company's Party Committee has been classified as having completed its tasks well, leading the company in developing production and business, fully fulfilling its obligations to the State, and taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers and laborers.
In that dynamic labor collective, Party member Nguyen Minh Thanh, Head of the Production Team, has made a strong impression with many outstanding achievements in the field of labor and technical improvement, worthy of being a shining example in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers".
Having been with Tipharco since 2008 and becoming a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2019, Comrade Thanh constantly learning and contributing. In 2018, he boldly proposed improving the Parocontin product formula, helping the company save nearly 50 million VND per year by reducing raw material costs, labor and electricity consumption. This initiative has been recognized by the company's Board of Directors, contributing to improving competitiveness and production efficiency.
Also in 2018, with the approval of the Company's Board of Directors, he proposed improving Parocontin products to reduce production costs for the enterprise. Improving the production process has helped reduce film packaging materials, reduce labor and shorten film packaging time. The profit value reached more than 49.3 million VND/year.
In addition, he also took on the role of training new employees, supervising the production process and promoting the spirit of solidarity in the labor collective. With dedicated leadership, 44 workers in Betalactam workshop not only completed their tasks well but also strictly implemented regulations on labor safety.
Comrade Nguyen Minh Thanh is a shining example in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" of tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. His achievements not only contribute to improving the company's production and business efficiency but also spread the spirit of learning, creativity and responsibility in work to all officers, workers and employees.
With continuous achievements over the years, union member Nguyen Minh Thanh has been nominated by the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor to be on the list of selectors to commend "Outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam for the first time in 2025".
At the same time, Mr. Thanh is one of 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam to be commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on February 16, 2025.
