When members of the Party Committee are direct production workers
After 27 years as a tea worker in an FDI enterprise - from Japan to Taiwan, comrade Nguyen Dinh Luan has continuously strived to overcome difficulties, striving to study and practice skills to improve his professional qualifications, and has now been recognized as a 5th-level worker, honored to be in the ranks of the Vietnam Industrial Party since 2000. Mr. Luan was also elected by the Party members to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Vina Suzuki Tea Company Limited.
Mr. Luan said that the company's Party cell has 10 Party members out of 61 workers and laborers. The Party's activities are held on Sunday, which is a weekly day off for workers. As Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Mr. Luan always proactively drafted plans, annual activities, supervision and supervision, thematic activities; drafted activities, monthly reports and, together with Party committee comrades, built a strong and Internally united Party Cell.
In his work, he is always dedicated, responsible and trusted by the leaders to be in charge of occupational safety and hygiene, then became the captain of the production team at the tea farm.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Hong Ha - Party Cell Secretary, Vice President of the Trade Union of Vina Suzuki Tea Company Limited, Mr. Luan has been a worker here since the establishment of this company for decades. No matter the position or job position, he is always enthusiastic and tries to complete his tasks well.
Ms. Ha said that Mr. Nguyen Dinh Luan always tries to overcome difficulties, self-study and practice his skills. From unskilled laborers, Mr. Luan has now risen to the rank of 5/7 worker.
In work, he not only does his job well but also enthusiastically guides and helps other workers to progress, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Ha shared.
According to Ms. Ha, in his life, Mr. Luan is always close and the center of solidarity of everyone in the company as well as in his residence. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Luan is also always at the forefront of emulation movements launched and organized by localities and sectors at all levels...
"Mr. Luan is not only worthy of the title of Party member who completes his tasks well and excellently every year, but also was elected by the union members to be a member of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the grassroots union inspection committee" - Ms. Tran Thi Hong Ha emphasized.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Luan is one of 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Vietnam Communist Party and were honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
