Party members carry many roles

Ms. Nguyen Thi My Duyen shared her "tips" to always complete her tasks well and especially keep the fire burning with the movement "The most important thing is to have the "right role". In each role and responsibility, I always tell myself to clearly define the task, not to overlap, not to exceed the responsibility. For example, as a union official, I always closely follow the plans of VSIP Trade Union, the Executive Committee of the company's trade union, taking workers as the center; at the same time, to connect the Party cell in particular and between the Party cell with the activities of the trade union, the Youth Union and the production activities of the company".

Ms. Duyen has worked with the Executive Board of the company's Trade Union to organize annual dialogues and conferences for workers. Through that, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has proposed to include in the Collective Labor Agreement many provisions that are more beneficial to employees such as travel allowances, accommodation, maternity benefits, illness, nutrition assurance and shift meal quality.

She always listens and understands the thoughts and aspirations of workers, and is also an important bridge between the company and workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

As Secretary of Party Cell No. 1, she regularly maintains contact with the Party cell, grassroots Party Committee and is exemplary in fully performing her civic obligations at her place of residence; well leading ideological and political work; maintaining monthly activities in accordance with regulations, exceeding the targets set by the resolution. She and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union always promote the work of propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State to workers. She launched and organized patriotic emulation movements well, focusing on the movement of good workers, creative workers, creating conditions for workers to practice and strive to become party members.

In particular, Ms. Duyen is responsible for orienting and developing new party members, guiding party members in the Party cell to promote their role as party members in the enterprises where they work, coordinating with the Executive Committee of the trade union to train and foster the masses to be excellent in politics to inherit the party development.
