Thang Binh commune trade union, Da Nang establishes 2 new grassroots trade unions

News from Thang Binh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 13 said: Thang Binh Commune Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to admit 95 union members, establish grassroots trade unions at Quang Nam Food Processing and Production Co., Ltd. and Trong Nhan General Clinic Joint Stock Company - Quang Nam; and launched the Trade Union Executive Committee at units.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Thai Son - Member of the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairman of Thang Binh Commune Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organizations, build operating regulations, promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility; and at the same time innovate the content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on union members and workers.

The Chairman of Thang Binh Commune Trade Union also requested grassroots trade unions to proactively coordinate with employers in caring for the lives, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; step by step building a strong Trade Union organization, truly a common home for union members and workers.

The establishment of 2 grassroots trade unions marks a new step in the work of gathering and developing union members in Thang Binh commune, creating conditions for workers to have representative organizations, to be cared for, cared for and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
