Lam Dong Trade Union focuses on improving the quality of human resources
Lam Dong - Bao Loc Urban Construction Joint Stock Company's Trade Union aims to improve the education, professional qualifications and professional skills of 65% of employees.
On January 16, Mr. Ho Dinh Dung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Bao Loc Urban Construction Joint Stock Company (Lam Dong province) said that the unit always focuses on training and fostering union members and workers to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
In the period of 2025 - 2030, the unit aims to mobilize workers to study, improve their educational, professional and technical qualifications to 65% or more; at the same time, foster industrial style and awareness of labor discipline.
According to Mr. Dung, this is an important content to help workers adapt to the professional requirements of the unit in the coming time. Improving qualifications will contribute to increasing labor productivity, thereby completing the company's production and business targets.
Along with maintaining stable employment, we aim to increase wages, salaries and incomes of workers, ensuring an increasingly improved life, Mr. Dung emphasized.
Currently, Bao Loc Urban Construction Joint Stock Company has 174 union members and workers, with stable jobs and income, ranging from 5 - 29 million VND/person/month.
The Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union always stands side by side with the Board of Directors of the company in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Every year, the unit organizes periodic health check-ups, occupational diseases check-ups for employees, and organizes sightseeing, tourism, and picnicking activities to improve spiritual life.
In addition, many cultural and sports activities are organized, creating a joyful atmosphere, connecting union members and workers during holidays and Tet; International Women's Day (8.3), International Labor Day (1.): Vietnam Trade Union Day (28.7) and Company Company Day.
In particular, the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers" are always actively responded to by union members and workers, contributing to improving professional qualifications, skills and professional skills.
The grassroots trade union also develops specific criteria and standards; organizes democratic and public assessments and reviews every month and every quarter to promptly encourage and motivate union members and workers.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the unit has rewarded 229 outstanding union members and 17 outstanding union members; at the same time, it proposed that all levels and sectors reward many individuals leading emulation movements.
