TEKCOM Joint Stock Company's grassroots union develops 500 more union members

According to the report at the conference, since its establishment, the Trade Union of TEKCOM Joint Stock Company (Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Expansion, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) has regularly received close guidance from the superior trade union and has been facilitated by the company's Board of Directors for operations.

During the period from 2021 to 2025, the Trade Union has actively mobilized and admitted 500 new union members who are company staff, expanded the network and strengthened collective strength. Currently, the total number of union members of the grassroots union is 1,334/1507 workers, reaching 89%.

During the past term, the Trade Union has coordinated with departments to regularly propagate compliance with legal regulations such as: Safety in traffic, safety in production, Law on Social Insurance - Health Insurance - Unemployment Insurance, company rules and regulations... to all union members and workers.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and union officials have made efforts in their activities, organized many practical activities, and cared for the material and spiritual life of workers. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

In particular, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year every year, the Trade Union coordinates with the company to organize gift giving to all union members and workers. Organize timely visits and encouragement to each union member whenever she and her family have work.

In addition, regularly encourage and support some cases of union members in especially difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, etc.

In the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots trade union will continue to pay attention to developing union members, attracting workers to trade unions, striving to achieve a rate of 95% or more of workers joining trade unions. At the same time, continue to promote the achieved results, innovate the content and methods of operation to protect the legitimate rights of workers; Effectively care for difficult cases; Build and develop harmonious and stable labor relations.

At the Congress, delegates elected 11 members to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of TEKCOM Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term. In which, Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung is the Chairman of the company's Trade Union, Ms. Le Thi Bich Van is the Vice Chairman of the company's Trade Union.
