Da Nang - Chien Dan Commune Trade Union aims to establish another grassroots trade union and admit 100 new union members in 2026.
News from the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on January 2 said: The Chien Dan Commune Trade Union held a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, to evaluate the results achieved in the past year and set out key directions and tasks for 2026.
The conference was attended by Ms. Dang Ai Lien, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the City Labor Federation Trade Union Work Committee; Comrade Tran Thi Thu Sang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Chien Dan Commune Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Thi Cuc, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ho Commune Party Committee and comrades representing the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan Commune, Tay Ho, Phu Ninh.
In 2025, the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
The work of caring for union members' lives continues to be effectively implemented. Propaganda and education work; patriotic emulation movements are widely deployed, creating a vibrant competitive driving force among union members and workers.
At the Conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan commune commended 2 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2025.
On this occasion, the Commune Trade Union launched an emulation movement in 2026 focusing on 5 main contents including: Activities to successfully celebrate the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.
Establish a new grassroots union, admit 100 new union members and workers to participate in the union organization; On average, each grassroots union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member for the Party to consider, train and admit.
Propaganda and mobilization of union members and workers to participate in the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; 100% of union members and workers are cared for for for their material and spiritual life during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
