In 2025, Dien Ban Ward Trade Union will complete the assigned tasks. Regarding the work of building trade union organizations, the first Ward Trade Union Congress (term 2025-2030) was successfully held.
25/25 grassroots trade unions will organize congresses and conferences for the 2025-2030 term; establish 2 new grassroots trade unions and admit 71 union members, bringing the total number of union members to 2,365 with 26 grassroots trade unions.
Regarding the work of caring for people's lives, promptly review and propose that the City Labor Federation support 177 cases of damage caused by storms and floods with a total amount of 354 million VND.
The ward union also presented 50 gifts worth 50 million VND to union members in difficult circumstances.
The "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" program was carefully organized and presented 40 gifts from the city's Trade Union's finances, mobilizing to give 10 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND to children of union members in difficult circumstances, with disabilities, and serious illnesses.
