Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy An: Pioneer Party member, a shining example in the Ben Tre workers' movement

From excellent students to exemplary party members

Since she was a student at Ben Tre College, Ms. Thuy An has constantly strived to study, actively participated in the School Union activities and social activities. With her outstanding achievements, she was honored to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam on October 1, 2019, at the Ben Tre College Party Committee.

After graduating, despite many difficulties in finding a job that matches her expertise, she was not discouraged. In July 2012, she started working at Pungkook Ben Tre Company Limited as a customs officer. Although the job was not in her field, she always tried to learn and improve her knowledge to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Pioneering Party member, devoted to workers

During her work, Ms. Thuy An always maintains and promotes the revolutionary moral qualities of a Party member, pioneer, and exemplary in all tasks. She boldly proposed to improve her working style to improve labor efficiency, be loved and trusted by her colleagues, and be trusted by superiors and appointed to a higher position (QA).

As Party cell secretary since 2013, Ms. Thuy An has worked with the Party Committee to build an increasingly strong Party cell. From the initial 10 party members, the party cell has now developed to 35 party members. She also plays an important role in propagating and mobilizing workers to join the Party organization.

Sharing about the process of building and developing the Party cell, Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy An said: "During the operation process, the Board of Directors of the company always cares about and creates favorable conditions, such as arranging meeting rooms for monthly meetings, supporting funding for the Party cell congress, creating conditions for subjects to participate in the Party affection class..."

A shining example in the workers' movement

Not only completing her professional work and party work well, Ms. Thuy An also actively participates in activities organized by the Trade Union. She is a shining example for union members to learn from and follow. She was honored to attend the meeting of Party members and workers organized by the Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor twice and was chosen as a typical example to participate in the second meeting in 2024.

The achievements that Ms. Thuy An has achieved today are not only her own efforts, but also the result of the trust, companionship, and support of the leaders of the Party Committee, the Industrial Parks Trade Union, the Company's Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Committee, her family, and relatives.

Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy An is a shining example of striving, the will to rise up, the love of the profession, dedication to work and a high sense of responsibility to the community. She deserves to be an example for each of us to learn from and follow.
