Female students in Hue City are the youngest delegates to the 13th National Youth Union Congress

Hanoi - 786 delegates will attend the 13th National Youth Union Congress, of which the youngest delegate is 16 years old - a student of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted.

The Congress was attended by 786 official delegates representing 21.6 million Vietnamese union members and youth at home and abroad.

There are 312 female delegates; 474 male delegates. There are 144 delegates who are ethnic minorities. The average age of the delegation attending the congress is 31.7 years old.

With a master's degree or higher, there are 313 delegates, including 1 associate professor, 23 doctors. With intermediate, advanced and bachelor's degrees in political theory, there are 503 delegates.

There are 2 delegates representing Vietnamese youth abroad, representatives of the Youth Union Affairs Committee in Laos and China.

The second session organized the election of the 13th Central Committee of the Youth Union and discussions at forums and delegation groups.

The third session is a solemn session, with important contents, especially the directing speeches of Party and State leaders, launching the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Secretariat of the Central Youth Union.

The fourth session is reporting on the results of discussions and voting on some contents of the Congress, passing Resolutions and closing the Congress.
