On the occasion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 16 international trade union organizations and national trade unions sent congratulatory messages to the Congress. Vietnam's victory over the Imperial invasion remains a beacon of faith and hope for the oppressed, the working class and the left-wing parties. Vietnam stands firm as an undeniable symbol of hope, affirming that socialism is not invincible and can be overthrown by the organized struggle of the people... In the context of unpredictable political fluctuations, Vietnam's achievements in the cause of national construction, poverty reduction, expansion of social welfare, education, health care, and consolidation of national sovereignty are proof of the victory of Marxism-Leninism. Despite external pressure and constant challenges from within, Vietnam has proven that the path of development in the socialist direction, under the leadership of the Communist Party, can bring stability, growth and improve the lives of the masses, while firmly protecting national independence".

The Executive Committee of the National Federation of Trade Unions of Japan (ZENROREN) believes that the Congress will be a great success and bring many positive results to the working class in Vietnam and Japan.
