Lang Son consolidates the Labor Arbitration Council
Lang Son - The Provincial Labor Arbitration Council is consolidated with 15 members, chaired by Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Van Giang.
On September 13, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the province has issued a decision on the appointment of labor arbitrators and the consolidation of the Provincial Labor Arbitration Council.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, was appointed as a labor arbitrator, Chairman of the Council.
The remaining 14 referees include: Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Ly Duc Thanh, Vice President of the Provincial Business Association; Mr. Le Tuan Minh, Vice President of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance; Ms. Hoang Thi Le, Head of the Department of Labor, Employment - Social Insurance, Department of Home Affairs; Ms. Vy Thi Hong Trinh, Deputy Head of the Department of Labor, Employment - Social Insurance, Department of Home Affairs.
Other members are Ms. Trinh Thu Truong and Ms. To Thi Ai, both holding the positions of Deputy Heads of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Hoang Van Tung, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization, Movement and Policy for Cooperative Development, Provincial Cooperative Alliance; Ms. Vu Thi Minh Tam, accountant of the Office of the Department of Home Affairs.
The Council also includes Ms. Bui Thi Dinh and Mr. Luan Van Tuan, both main specialists of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Le Phuong Lien, Chief of Office of the Provincial Business Association; Ms. Dang Thi Quynh Huong, Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, accountant of Bao Long Co., Ltd.
Ms. Luu Thu Trang, specialist of the Department of Labor, Employment - Social Insurance, Department of Home Affairs, was appointed as a labor arbitrator, and also concurrently Secretary of the Council.
The Chairman, secretary and members of the Council work on a part-time basis. The Council is headquartered at the Department of Home Affairs, using the seal of this agency to operate.
The operating expenses of the Council are guaranteed by the State budget and are allocated in the annual budget estimate of the Department of Home Affairs.
Responsibilities, regimes and operating conditions of the Council and arbitrators are implemented according to Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
The term of office of the Labor Arbitration Council of Lang Son province is 5 years from the date of signing.
