Conference of the Trade Union of Hoa Binh Industrial Waste Treatment and Recycling Joint Stock Company

At the conference, delegates listened to a report assessing the results of activities for the 2023-2028 term. Accordingly, the Company's Trade Union has had many positive changes in caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. The number of union members increased from 93 to 192; coordination with the Board of Directors was effectively implemented, ensuring salaries, bonuses, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene and periodic monitoring of the working environment.

Along with that, emulation movements at the company are maintained regularly, attracting many union members to participate. Notable are cultural and sports movements such as workers' singing competitions, workers' football tournaments, internal exchange and sports activities. Some union members achieved high results in provincial competitions, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the company.

In parallel with organizing the movement, the company's trade union always cares about taking care of workers' lives. During the term, the union has implemented many activities such as visiting, providing grants to those in need, giving gifts, organizing welfare programs, union meals, etc. with a total support budget of over 114 million VND, contributing to creating cohesion between workers and businesses.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Luong Thi Ninh - Chairwoman of Yen Dung Ward Trade Union acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Company Trade Union in the past term. At the same time, he suggested that the trade union for the 2025-2030 term continue to improve the quality of collective bargaining, paying more attention to special regimes such as toxicity support, shift meals and working conditions for workers in the industrial waste treatment environment. Trade unions need to focus on innovating methods of operation, increasing the application of digital technology in communication and connecting union members.

The conference announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades. In which, comrade Nguyen Huu Quyet was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union.
