Da Nang - Dien Ban Ward Trade Union completed 100% of the congresses and conferences of grassroots trade unions for the 2025 - 2030 term.

News from the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 1 said: up to this point, 25/25 grassroots trade unions under the management of the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union have successfully organized congresses and conferences for the 2025 - 2030 term, marking a key preparation step for the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, the 2025-2030 term.

The congresses and conferences all take place in a democratic, vibrant atmosphere, in accordance with the procedures, ensuring the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The delegates seriously discussed and evaluated the results of activities in the past time, set out key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term and elected a new Executive Committee with sufficient qualities and capacity.

At the congress and grassroots union conference for the 2025 - 2030 term, Dien Ban Ward Union also organized the awarding of support from the Da Nang City Labor Federation and Ward Union to workers and businesses affected by the recent historic flood.

Of which, support was granted to 05 enterprises with a total amount of 27.5 million VND to help units stabilize production and business; support was granted to 177 union members with a total amount of 354 million VND to help workers overcome difficulties.

In addition, Dien Ban Ward Union presented support to 50 union members with a total amount of 50 million VND to promptly encourage and share the difficulties that union members have to endure after the natural disaster.

The total amount of support given on this occasion is 431.5 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support", the deep concern of trade union organizations at all levels for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
