2nd Conference of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation

In the first 6 months of 2026, based on the programs and plans issued, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation has directed trade union levels to develop work programs and plans suitable to the practical conditions of each locality and unit.

Propaganda and dissemination of resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State and documents of the Trade Union organization are implemented in many appropriate forms.

Patriotic emulation movements, the movement "Good labor, creative labor" continue to be widely deployed, attracting a large number of officials, union members and workers to participate.

Activities to care for the lives of union members and workers continue to be concerned. During Workers' Month and activities in response to the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, trade union levels have organized many practical programs.

Many agencies and units have coordinated with trade union organizations to improve working conditions, improve the quality of lunch meals, and well implement regimes and policies for workers.

The emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor", the movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene" and campaigns launched by the Trade Union organization continue to be effectively implemented.

Along with that, the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, and building strong trade union organizations continues to be focused on. In the first 6 months of the year, trade union levels have newly established 15 grassroots trade unions and admitted 901 trade union members.

Trade union levels also actively grasp the labor relations situation at enterprises, promptly resolve arising difficulties and obstacles, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The work of inspection, supervision, women's affairs, trade union finance, training, and fostering trade union officials is implemented according to plan, gradually improving the quality of activities of trade union organizations at all levels.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the achieved results, pointing out difficulties and limitations, and at the same time agreeing on solutions to implement key tasks in the last 6 months of 2026.

In which, trade union levels determine to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction, putting union members and workers at the center; promote the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for life, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building the working class and the Trade Union organization of Tuyen Quang province to become increasingly strong.

At the conference, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements in 2025. At the same time, commended and rewarded 19 typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the period 2021 - 2026.
