Establishing a grassroots trade union in Tuyen Quang

Attending and directing the congress were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truc - Standing Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation; company leaders and a large number of union members and workers.

The organization of the congress to establish the company's grassroots trade union is of great significance, marking a new step in the development of trade union organization building at enterprises in Minh Xuan ward.

The Congress approved the report on the process of mobilizing workers to join the trade union; the preparation for organizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions; and announced the list of workers who have applied to join the trade union.

The Congress also approved the direction of activities in the coming time with key tasks of the Party, policies and laws of the State, internal regulations and rules of the enterprise; coordinating with company leaders to take care of the material and spiritual life of employees.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Yen Group Joint Stock Company, term 2026 - 2030, consisting of 5 people; elected the Chairman of the company's trade union.

Speaking to direct at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Huu Truc shared and encouraged workers. At the same time, he emphasized that the establishment of trade union organizations in enterprises is a necessary requirement to improve the effectiveness of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
