Establish another grassroots trade union in Tuyen Quang

Attending and directing the congress were Mr. Le Hung Manh - Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of Ha Giang 1 Ward Trade Union; business leaders and 86 employees of Hung Lan One Member Limited Liability Company.

The organization of the Congress to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of Hung Lan MTV Co., Ltd. is of great significance, marking a new step in the development of trade union organization building at enterprises.

The Congress approved the report on the process of mobilizing workers to join the trade union and the preparation for organizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions.

Announcing the list of employees who have applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union; announcing the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hung Lan MTV Co., Ltd. with 86 union members.

The Congress also approved the direction of activities in the coming time with key tasks such as propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State.

Mobilize union members and employees to well comply with the internal regulations and rules of the enterprise; coordinate with company leaders to care for the material and spiritual life, protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and responsibility, the congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Hung Lan MTV Co., Ltd. for the term 2026 - 2028 and elected the chairman of the grassroots trade union according to regulations.

Speaking to direct at the congress, Mr. Le Hung Manh - Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the collective of workers and businesses for establishing trade union organizations.

At the same time, he requested the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of union members and workers.

Closely coordinate with business leaders to organize labor and production emulation movements, contributing to building stable and sustainable business development.
