Supervising labor safety work at Trong Phuc Garment Co., Ltd

On June 10, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the inter-sectoral supervisory delegation chaired by the Provincial Labor Federation had supervised the implementation of labor laws, occupational safety and health, and fire prevention and fighting at Trong Phuc Garment Co., Ltd.

At the working session, representatives of Trong Phuc Garment Co., Ltd. reported on the production and business situation, the implementation of regimes and policies for employees, labor safety and hygiene assurance, as well as fire prevention and fighting solutions at the enterprise.

According to the report, the enterprise maintains the signing of labor contracts, participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees according to regulations; and at the same time focuses on improving working conditions, strengthening propaganda and training on occupational safety and health and fire prevention and fighting skills.

Trong Phuc Garment Co., Ltd. is the unit that experienced the production workshop fire in 2024. After the incident, the enterprise proactively overcame the consequences, invested in supplementing equipment, consolidated plans to ensure labor safety and fire prevention and fighting to limit the risk of unsafety in the production process.

Through actual inspection, the Supervisory Delegation acknowledged the efforts of enterprises in stabilizing production and business operations, implementing labor laws and ensuring a safe working environment for workers.

The inspection team also requested businesses to continue to pay attention to improving the quality of occupational safety and health, regularly review potential unsafety risks, maintain the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting plans, contributing to protecting the health and lives of workers and developing sustainable production.
