Da Nang - Cam Le Ward Trade Union coordinates to inspect the compliance with labor safety and hygiene laws at enterprises in 2026.
News from the Trade Union of Cam Le Ward, Da Nang City on June 1st said: implementing activities to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Trade Union of Cam Le Ward coordinated with the Ward People's Committee to organize inspections of labor law compliance at non-state-owned enterprises in the area.
The delegation conducted inspections at 7 non-state-owned enterprises, focusing on contents such as: the implementation of labor laws; occupational safety and health; participation and implementation of social insurance and health insurance regimes for workers; and at the same time supervising the organization of dialogues at the workplace and the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in accordance with the law.
Through inspection, most businesses have paid attention to implementing the provisions of labor law, focusing on ensuring labor safety and hygiene, implementing regimes and policies for workers and maintaining dialogue activities at the workplace.
In addition, the inspection team also promptly guided and reminded some businesses to overcome shortcomings and limitations in ensuring occupational safety and health.
Guide units to continue reviewing and completing legal documents, strengthen self-inspection, training, and remind workers to comply with safety procedures, contributing to preventing labor accidents, occupational diseases and risks of unsafety at the workplace.
In addition, the Ward Trade Union also reminded some businesses to pay more attention to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and to organize dialogues and sign collective labor agreements.
