Establishing 2 grassroots trade unions in Tien Lang commune, Hai Phong

At the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation announced the decisions to establish the grassroots trade union of Hai Dang Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company with 44 union members, and the grassroots trade union of Ky Y Co., Ltd. with 79 union members. At the same time, handed over 2 grassroots trade unions to Tien Lang Commune Trade Union for management.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Chairwoman of Tien Lang Commune Trade Union said that developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises is a key task that Tien Lang Commune Trade Union focuses on implementing. In the first 6 months of 2026, the unit has propagated and mobilized to establish 7/6 grassroots trade unions, exceeding the target assigned by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation.

After establishment, Tien Lang Commune Trade Union will continue to accompany and guide grassroots trade unions to develop operating regulations, organize employee conferences, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements, and implement activities to care for union members and employees.

At the same time, the unit strengthens training in skills and professional skills for grassroots trade union officials, helping newly established trade union organizations soon stabilize their operations, promote their representative role, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
