Establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Linh Trang Co., Ltd
Quang Tri - The establishment of grassroots trade unions at Linh Trang Co., Ltd. contributes to caring for and protecting the rights of workers and building harmonious labor relations.
On June 11, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors of Linh Trang Co., Ltd. to organize a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Linh Trang Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union announced and awarded the decision of the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation on the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Linh Trang Co., Ltd.; awarded the decision recognizing 26 employees of the company officially becoming trade union members.
At the same time, Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union announced the decision to recognize the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Linh Trang Co., Ltd. term I, term 2026 - 2030, including 3 Executive Committee members. Comrade Le Thuan Quy was trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Linh Trang Co., Ltd. term I, term 2026 - 2030.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises but also creates motivation for employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the unit, contributing to building Linh Trang Co., Ltd. for sustainable development.
