More than 200 workers in Tuyen Quang admitted to the Trade Union organization

On June 25, Ngan Duc Joint Stock Company held the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union. Attending and directing the Congress was Comrade Ha Van Vy, Vice Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation.

The organization of the Congress to establish the Company's grassroots Trade Union is of great significance, marking a new step in the development of trade union organization building at enterprises in Ham Yen commune.

The Congress also approved the direction of activities in the coming time with key tasks of the Party, policies and laws of the State, internal regulations and rules of the enterprise, coordinating with the Company's leaders to take care of the material and spiritual life of employees.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Ngan Duc Joint Stock Company, term 2026 - 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the establishment of trade union organizations in enterprises is a necessary requirement to improve the effectiveness of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the same time, it is proposed that in the coming time, the grassroots Trade Union of Ngan Duc Joint Stock Company will operate effectively, contributing to building a sustainable business.
