More than 5,000 workers participate in the Trade Union Meal on the occasion of the 2026 Doan Ngo Tet

Practically caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers on the occasion of the Doan Ngo Tet in 2026, on June 19, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Biel Crystal Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize the program "Trade Union Meal" for more than 5,000 officials and employees working at the enterprise.

Attending the program were Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Chu Van Thuong - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province; Ms. Sandra Lu - Deputy General Director (Deputy General Director) of Biel Crystal Group; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers.

The "Trade Union Meal" program is organized thoughtfully, ensuring food safety and hygiene, full nutrition and imbued with the atmosphere of the Doan Ngo Tet.

The highlight of the program is that the value of each meal is increased by 50,000 VND compared to the daily meal. The additional funding is supported by the Board of Directors of the Company and the Trade Union organization in coordination.

Quality, hot meals not only contribute to improving lunch meals but also show the concern and sharing of businesses and trade union organizations towards workers.

Along with improving the quality of lunch meals, the program also spreads the spirit of "Mutual Love" through activities to care for and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

On the occasion of the 2026 Doan Ngo Tet, with the companionship of Unilever Vietnam Company and Sao Viet Company, the Organizing Committee presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Biel Crystal Vietnam Co., Ltd. in taking care of workers' lives.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation wished union members and workers to continue to be attached to businesses, promote the spirit of responsibility, well comply with labor discipline, and at the same time actively innovate, be creative, and propose technical innovation initiatives to improve productivity, product quality and business efficiency.

He emphasized that workers are the force with many initiatives originating from production practice; each improvement idea, each initiative, no matter how small, can bring great value to businesses, contributing to improving income, welfare and quality of life of workers themselves.

Representing the leaders of Biel Crystal Group, Ms. Sandra Lu expressed her gratitude for the concern and companionship of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation with businesses and workers.
