Giving Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to 150 students who are children of workers in Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City - The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and businesses organized the awarding of Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships, supporting 150 students who are children of workers.
On March 7, Working Group No. 4 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, together with businesses, organized the awarding of Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to excellent students overcoming difficulties in the city.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that in the context of Ho Chi Minh City continuing to expand its economic scale and promote international integration, ensuring learning opportunities for the young generation is important in the city's human resource development strategy. The Nguyen Duc Canh Scholarship sponsored by P&G Vietnam Company is a clear demonstration of effective cooperation between businesses and trade union organizations in caring for the young generation.
Leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also advised students to constantly strive to study and rise up in life. Thereby, they are worthy of being good children, good students and contributing to the development of the country.

At the ceremony, the units awarded 150 scholarships to students, each worth 1.5 million VND and gifts worth 500,000 VND. The students receiving support are all children of workers in difficult circumstances but with good academic achievements.
