Happy and warm year-end party connects 350 workers in Lam Dong

On February 9, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phung, Chairman of the grassroots trade union of B'Laofood Co., Ltd. (Loc Son Industrial Park, Lam Dong province) said that the enterprise currently has more than 350 employees, 100% of whom have joined the trade union.

All employees are signed labor contracts, with an average income of over 10 million VND/month. Notably, this year the company plans to reward the 13th month's salary for all employees, with a spending level equivalent to 1.2 months' salary/person.

In addition, the trade union and the Board of Directors of the company always accompany and care for the lives of union members and employees through many practical activities.

Recently, the unit organized a year-end party to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and express gratitude to employees who have made efforts to contribute to the efficiency and profits of the company.

Art performances performed by union members and workers themselves created a joyful and warm atmosphere, spreading the spirit of "celebrating Tet, leaving no one behind".

On this occasion, the Board of Directors of B'Laofood Co., Ltd. commended individuals who excellently completed their tasks in 2025; and presented 350 Tet gifts to all employees, each worth more than 500,000 VND.

The highlight of the year-end party was the lucky draw program, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. More than 170 prizes with a total value of over 150 million VND were awarded, including prizes of 1 million VND, 5 million VND, 7 million VND and 10 million VND.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phung, the activities have brought a joyful and reunion atmosphere when Tet comes, Spring returns, contributing to connecting union members and workers with trade unions and businesses.
