Workers surprised by Tet bonus of 2.5 months' salary at year-end party
Lam Dong - The year-end party co-organized by the trade union brought surprises, when more than 1,600 workers received high Tet bonuses.
On February 7, Mr. Le Van Hien - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Hai Nam Co., Ltd. said that the trade union coordinated with the enterprise to organize a year-end party for more than 1,600 union members and workers working at the unit.
This is an annual care activity to encourage the spirit of workers before the Lunar New Year.
At the program, leaders of Hai Nam Co., Ltd. announced that this year's Tet bonus is 2.5 months' salary, making a large number of workers surprised and excited. Currently, the average income of employees at the company is about 7.76 million VND/month.
According to Mr. Hien, the bonus level is kept secret and only announced at the year-end party to create a surprise for workers, and at the same time show the recognition of the enterprise for the efforts and contributions of employees after a year of production and business.
The grassroots trade union of Hai Nam Co., Ltd. is directly under the Phu Thuy Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province). Over the past time, the trade union has always closely coordinated with businesses in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, especially during holidays and Tet.
Within the framework of the program, prize-winning performances at the "Hai Nam's Got Talent 2025 - season 2" contest organized by the trade union were performed, creating a lively and cohesive atmosphere. The art program was elaborately staged with the direct participation of workers and laborers.
In addition, the organizers also implemented a lucky draw program with 234 prizes, of which the special prize is a Vision motorbike.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van, a lucky union member who won the prize, shared: "The party is an opportunity for workers to sit together, share after a year of hard work, and at the same time add motivation for us to stick with the company for a long time.
