Nearly 2,000 coal industry workers undergo health check-ups

According to the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Trade Union, Hon Gai Coal Selection Company in coordination with Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Hospital organized the first periodic health check-up in 2026 for 1,174 officials, workers, and employees throughout the Company.

In this examination, 100% of workers were given a general health check with full lists such as clinical examination, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, blood test, urine test, and necessary biochemical tests.

Health check-ups will help accurately assess the health status of each individual as well as promptly detect early disease risks (if any) for appropriate advice and treatment. These are also data to orient the adjustment of each person's scientific lifestyle and working regime.

Health check results are also the basis for the Company to grasp the overall health situation of workers and laborers. From there, build appropriate care policies, arrange work reasonably, contributing to ensuring labor safety and improving production and business efficiency.
