Thong Nhat Coal Miners' Income Exceeds VND26.5 million/month
Quang Ninh - In 2025, Thong Nhat Coal Company - TKV will maintain stable production, raising the income for miners to nearly 26.6 million VND/person/month.
Thong Nhat Coal Company - TKV has just held a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and a conference of workers in 2026.
Attending the conference were Mr. Vu Thanh Lam - Member of the Board of Members of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice Chairman of TKV Trade Union; Mr. Vuong Minh Thu - Party Secretary, Director of the Company, and 199 delegates representing more than 3,300 cadres, workers and laborers in the entire Company.
In 2025, Thong Nhat Coal Company - TKV maintained stable production and completed assigned tasks well. The main production targets have met and exceeded the plan: raw coal production reached 2 million tons, equal to 100% of the plan; tunnel digging reached 11,685m, equal to 120.81% over the same period in 2024.
The average salary of the whole company is 20.78 million VND/person/month, equal to 104.8% of the annual plan. Foremans alone have an average income of VND26.593 million/person/month, equal to 112.06% of the plan.
During the year, the Company's Trade Union closely coordinated with the professional team to perform well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
Trade unions accompany businesses to improve labor productivity; promote dialogue, build harmonious and stable labor relations; effectively organize emulation movements for production labor.
The conference voted 100% of the Resolution of the 2026 Workers' Conference with the main targets: production of 2 million tons of raw coal; excavation of CBSX 9,900m furnace; consumption of 2 million tons of coal.
Entering 2026, the Company will continue to promote Mechanization, automation, digital transformation and the application of science and technology to improve productivity and working conditions.
Streamline the apparatus, improve management efficiency, save costs; maintain income, care for the material and spiritual life of workers; increase recruitment and employment of miners.
