Support the construction of 14 Trade Union Shelters for workers in difficult circumstances

The Binh Long Rubber Company Trade Union (under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union) has just successfully held its 13th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the company's trade unions at all levels regularly organize propaganda on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's legal policies, and the unit and company's rules to 100% of union members and workers in many diverse and rich forms. The trade union has accompanied the professional team to grasp the thoughts of workers, propagate, encourage, promptly protect their legitimate rights and interests when the company implements the arrangement of the organizational model from 3 levels to 2 levels, streamlining the apparatus. The average income of workers in 2025 will reach an average of 12.5 million VND/person/month.

The trade union coordinates with the professional sector to effectively conduct dialogues with workers, promptly and appropriately review and resolve workers' opinions and recommendations related to production, unit prices, working conditions, security, order, and social security, thereby contributing to building harmonious labor relations, preventing disputes, and maintaining stable production.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the company's trade union has mobilized 100% of employees to contribute to the "Union Shelter" fund with a total amount of more than 1 billion VND, supported the construction of 14 "Union Shelters" (worth 50 - 70 million VND/house) for workers with difficult housing circumstances; coordinated with professionals to visit, encourage, and give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, serious illnesses, and are sick for more than 4.2 billion VND.

The Congress also determined the goal for the 2025 - 2030 term to continue to innovate the organizational apparatus and improve the capacity of union cadres with intelligence, courage, responsibility, and enthusiasm for union members and workers, for the sustainable development of the union organization in particular and the company in general.

At the same time, focus on performing well the functions and tasks, promptly meeting the requirements of the new situation, focusing on representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; innovate and improve propaganda and mobilization work, improve political capacity, educational qualifications, professional skills, labor discipline of union members and workers...

The Congress elected the 13th Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 15 members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phung was re-elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Binh Long Rubber Company's Trade Union.
