Union Shelter - a fulcrum to help Dak Lak Rubber Workers settle down and make a living

From the beginning of 2025 to now, the Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company's Trade Union has built 13 "Union Shelters" from the company's welfare fund and trade union fund, each house is supported with 50 million VND.

At the same time, the company's trade union also allocated grassroots trade unions members to mobilize donations to build 6 more "Union Shelters".

In the last months of the year, the Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company directed member units to closely monitor the grassroots, grasp the ideological situation of workers, promptly record recommendations and problems to propose solutions.

At the same time, the company's trade union is implementing a plan to take care of the New Year and Lunar New Year 2026 for workers, ensuring that all workers have a joyful and warm Tet holiday.
