Nghi Loc Commune Trade Union grasps life and cares for workers

On April 15, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Nghi Loc Commune Trade Union organized a working delegation to visit, encourage and guide grassroots trade unions in the area in deploying activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

The working delegation directly worked at enterprises, listening to reports from grassroots trade union representatives on the production, business, employment and income situation of workers.

In addition, the delegation focuses on grasping the thoughts, aspirations, as well as difficulties and obstacles in the daily life of workers to promptly summarize and propose support solutions.

During the program, the delegation visited and worked at Dai Hien Joint Stock Company, Ha An M&E Investment Development Joint Stock Company, Viet Dang Nghe An Co., Ltd. and Zennara Group Joint Stock Company.

At the units, the working delegation acknowledged the efforts of businesses and grassroots trade union organizations in maintaining jobs, stabilizing income and improving working conditions for workers.

At the same time, the delegation also guided grassroots trade unions to continue to innovate operations, strengthen dialogue at workplaces, and promptly grasp and resolve arising recommendations.

Visiting and working activities contribute to strengthening the connection between trade union organizations and businesses, towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the area.
