Quang Tri Trade Union supports union members with critical illnesses
Quang Tri - Dong Ha Ward Trade Union provides 2 million VND in support to union member Tran Dinh Sy who is in particularly difficult circumstances.
On January 31, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Quang Tri province said that Dong Ha Ward Trade Union had just visited, encouraged and presented gifts to support union member Tran Dinh Sy - a worker at Thien Tan Joint Stock Company, who is in particularly difficult circumstances.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Dinh Sy suffers from severe diabetes, due to complications leading to necrosis of his right leg and forced to have his shin amputated to avoid infection. Currently, Mr. Sy's health has seriously declined, he is no longer able to work, and the family's life is facing many difficulties when his wife does not have a stable job and the children are still young.
Faced with the above situation, the grassroots Trade Union of Thien Tan Joint Stock Company mobilized union members and workers to donate and support Mr. Sy to overcome difficulties. At the same time, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation decided to support the amount of 2 million VND, showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers who unfortunately suffer from dangerous diseases.
