News from the Dien Ban Ward Union, Da Nang City on January 1 said: The Dien Ban Ward Union organized an donation of 8 million VND to support house repair for union member Pham Thi Net, currently working at the Phong Son One Member Co., Ltd. Union.
Ms. Pham Thi Hen's family is in difficult circumstances. Her husband is sick and unable to work. Ms. hes herself is the main breadwinner in the family, raising 3 children of school age.
The family's house has seriously degraded, the roof is damaged, the walls are cracked, posing many potential safety risks, especially during the rainy and stormy season. However, with workers' limited income, repairing the house is beyond the family's ability.
In that situation, the Dien Ban Ward Labor Union has proposed that the Da Nang City Labor Federation organize a survey and support the repair of houses under the "Union Shelter" program, with an amount of 20 million VND, to create conditions for Ms.het's family to renovate and stabilize their residence.
