Dong Ninh Hoa Trade Union deploys key tasks for 2026
Khanh Hoa - Dong Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union has just organized a conference to deploy tasks for 2026 and a meeting to wish Tet at the beginning of the year.
On February 28, Mr. Huynh Trong Quan - Chairman of Dong Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union said that after being established, the Ward Trade Union quickly stabilized its organization, accompanying 26 grassroots trade unions to deploy activities in accordance with their functions and tasks.
During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Ward Trade Union coordinated to organize the Trade Union Tet Market and the program "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party"; presented Tet gifts to 200 union members and workers. At the same time, coordinated to provide support from the Provincial Labor Federation to 150 union members affected by floods.
The ward trade union also closely coordinates with grassroots trade unions to grasp the situation of salaries and bonuses, ensuring the rights of union members and workers.
To date, 100% of workers at agencies and businesses in the area have returned to normal work.
Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Committee of Khanh Hoa Industrial Park informed that the whole province currently has 14 ward trade unions that meet the conditions for establishment according to regulations.
2026 is the first year to implement many programs and activities after the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030. Therefore, grassroots trade unions need to focus on consolidating organizations, developing operating programs, and perfecting internal spending regulations...
Propaganda work is identified as one of the key tasks with the requirement to widely disseminate the resolutions of the Party Congress, resolutions and work programs of trade unions.
Regarding collective labor agreements, in 2026, grassroots trade unions in the area will focus on negotiating and supplementing more beneficial clauses for union members and workers. At the same time, pay attention to the housing needs of union members; promote the "Trade Union Home" program to support union members to stabilize their lives.
Through the conference, grassroots trade unions also discussed regulations after consolidating the apparatus; collective labor agreement work; emulation and commendation... Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation directly answered recommendations and difficulties.
Notably, Dong Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union shared some difficulties when implementing the ward trade union model according to a 2-level system. Currently, activities are mainly supportive of grassroots trade unions.
According to Mr. Huynh Trong Quan, in the new development phase, Dong Ninh Hoa will be a key area attracting a large number of workers with 3 industrial parks.
Therefore, levels need to soon have regulations to guide the activities of ward trade unions more clearly, arrange more personnel and appropriate funds, and strengthen professional training to meet the development requirements of trade union organizations in the area in the coming time.
