Cua Lo Ward Labor Union deploys tasks in 2026

On January 21, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Cua Lo Ward Trade Union held a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.

Cua Lo Ward Trade Union currently manages 31 grassroots trade unions with 1,548 union members. In 2025, the local socio-economic situation will be basically stable, labor relations will be harmonious, and the lives of workers will gradually improve; average income will reach about 12 million VND/person/month. There have been no serious work accidents in the area.

In 2025, the Ward Union has promoted propaganda work on digital platforms; implemented many practical care activities for union members and workers such as "Union Meal", "Tet Sum Vay"; supported workers in difficult circumstances; organized democratic conferences, signed collective labor agreements, contributing to protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

The conference also frankly pointed out a number of difficulties and problems, and at the same time identified the key tasks in 2026 as strengthening the organization and development of union members; promoting digital transformation; improving the effectiveness of representation, caring for and protecting workers, associated with emulation movements and social security activities.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Phan Thi Trang, Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the initial results of Cua Lo Ward Labor Union; at the same time, she suggested that the unit continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, closely follow reality, better care for the lives of union members and workers, and build an increasingly strong union organization.

On this occasion, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2025.
