Cua Lo Ward Labor Union visits union members with serious illnesses
Nghe An - Cua Lo Ward Union presented gifts and encouraged Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh - a union member with stage 4 cancer, whose wife had to take a day off from taking care of her.
On September 17, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of Cua Lo Ward Labor Union visited, encouraged and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh - a union member of Cua Hoi Seafood Processing and Service Joint Stock Company, who is currently suffering from a serious illness.
Mr. Thanh (born in 1976) was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer, metastatic and duodenal cancer, late-term bone metastasis and severe diabetes. Currently, his wife is also a union member of the company and has had to temporarily take a leave of absence to stay home to take care of her husband.
At the visit, comrade Hoang Van Hop - Chairman of the Cua Lo Ward Trade Union kindly visited his health, encouraged him and gave a gift worth 2 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh.
He shared his hope to maintain his spirit, be optimistic and overcome the disease, and recover soon to stabilize his life.
