Trade Union legal training in Dong Trieu ward, Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh - On September 17, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had just organized a training conference on trade union law, social insurance and implementation of democracy at the grassroots level.
The conference was attended by Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chung - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Duong Thi My Duyen - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Dong Trieu Ward Trade Union and 120 union officials, union members and workers from enterprises and public service units in the ward.
At the program, the reporters disseminated important contents of the Trade Union Law, social insurance policies and regulations on implementing democracy at the grassroots level in agencies, units and enterprises.
Through the program, the team of union officials, union members and workers has the opportunity to improve their understanding of the law, grasp their rights, obligations and responsibilities in labor relations.
The organization of the training conference clearly demonstrates the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in caring for, protecting rights, improving legal qualifications and skills for union members and workers; at the same time, affirming that the Trade Union is an important bridge between workers and the government and enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
