Training on labor law and occupational safety and health for more than 100 grassroots officials

On June 29, the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province organized a training conference to deploy a number of contents on labor law, labor relations; occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ) and occupational accident and disease insurance (BHTNLĐ, BNN) in 2026.

The conference was attended by over 100 delegates who are leaders and civil servants in charge of labor and occupational safety and health in communes and wards in the province.

At the conference, delegates were disseminated and guided on many contents related to labor law such as the work of receiving registration of labor regulations, wages in the production and business sector; labor conciliator activities, and resolving strikes.

Implementing the Project "Developing labor relations in the province to 2030"; powers, tasks, and responsibilities of the People's Committees, Chairmen of Commune-level People's Committees and Commune-level Departments of Culture and Social Affairs in the field of labor.

In addition, the training program also updates regulations on OSH, occupational accident and disease insurance policies; identifying dangerous and harmful factors in the labor and production process.

Measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases; regimes and policies for workers and contents of administrative reform and digital transformation in the labor sector are also mentioned.

Through the conference, the Department of Home Affairs expects to improve the capacity and professional skills of the team of officials working in labor at the grassroots level, contributing to the effective implementation of legal regulations, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

At the same time, strengthen the work of ensuring labor safety and hygiene, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the province.
