Thanh Hoa Labor Federation organizes a legal and labor safety consulting contest

The contest has the participation of 10 teams from grassroots trade unions in the province.

The teams went through 3 parts of the competition including: Greetings, professional skills and public speaking. The content focused on introducing the results of legal advice and occupational safety and health activities at the unit; handling real-life situations; and proposing solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the legal advice and occupational safety and health network at enterprises.

Many teams have invested elaborately, bringing lively performances, integrating knowledge of labor law, occupational safety and health, and fire prevention through skits associated with practical situations at enterprises, creating a lively and attractive atmosphere.

Speaking at the contest, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: The contest is not only a professional playground but also an opportunity to spread knowledge of labor law, improve skills for consultants and safety and hygiene workers at the grassroots level; and contribute to building a safe working environment, limiting labor accidents and occupational diseases in enterprises.

Through this activity, the Provincial Labor Federation expects to discover and nurture core forces, contributing to building a strong labor safety and hygiene network; strengthening coordination between trade unions and businesses in improving working conditions, and raising the awareness of law compliance of employees and employers.
