On the morning of April 17, in Nanning city, General Secretary and President To Lam and his wife, along with a high-level Vietnamese delegation, visited the relic of the Central School Complex (also known as Yu Cai Nanning School, Guangxi, China).
Leaders of Guangxi University welcomed and accompanied General Secretary and President To Lam and his wife and high-level delegation to visit the photo exhibition introducing the school's history.
Speaking here, General Secretary and President To Lam expressed his pleasure to visit the relic of the Central School Complex, also known as Duc Tai Nam Ninh School - a historical site rich in meaning, symbolizing the friendship "both comrades and brothers" between the two Parties, the two countries and the people of Vietnam and China.
The General Secretary and President emphasized that standing here, "we feel like we are reliving" the heroic and meaningful historical years of the 1950s, when the Vietnamese nation was conducting a long-term resistance war to liberate the nation.

The Party, State and people of China with a pure communist international spirit and deep friendship have helped nurture and train thousands of Vietnamese students.
In the context of many shortages after seizing power, Chinese comrades prioritized allocating valuable resources to build schools, take care of life, and ensure security for Vietnamese students.
The touching stories between teachers and students of Duc Tai School have become immortal anecdotes, enriching the treasure trove of precious common assets of friendship between the two nations.
General Secretary and President affirmed that the Party, State and people of Vietnam always cherish and remember the valuable support and assistance of the Party, State and people of China for Vietnam's revolutionary cause in the past, as well as the cause of building and developing the country today.
The General Secretary and President sincerely thanked the Party Committee, Government and people of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for their concern, preservation and careful preservation of the Truong Duc Tai Relic Site and many other relics of President Ho Chi Minh in Guangxi, so that these relics become "red addresses" symbolizing the brotherly and fraternal relationship between the two Parties and two countries.
The General Secretary and President wished that Guangxi University as well as other training institutions in Guangxi would continue to promote the role of a bridge of knowledge and culture, expand cooperation with Vietnamese universities, and train more talents for both countries; believing that the Vietnam-China friendship relationship will continue to be inherited, developed and constantly bear fruit, develop sustainably, for the benefit of the people of the two countries, for peace, stability and development of the region and the world.
