Unifying many important policies on personnel work in Thai Nguyen

The conference discussed the Submission on the policy of developing a plan to consolidate and supplement members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; the policy of consolidating members of the Inspection Committee; and electing Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.

Reporting contents on sending officials to participate in short-term training abroad in 2026. Report on the implementation of monthly evaluation and ranking for officials, civil servants, and contract workers associated with the KPI measurement evaluation method at the Provincial People's Council Party Committee.

Draft plan to organize a working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to study and exchange experiences with the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People's Council on digital transformation work.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council Bui Van Luong basically agreed with the submitted contents.

Regarding personnel work, assign the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to implement the next steps according to regulations.

Regarding the content of assessment and measurement using KPI at the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council assigned the Office to seek opinions from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to develop an assessment and classification table with specific implementation steps and in accordance with regulations.
