Amending regulations on the scope of jurisdiction by territory of provincial and regional People's Courts

Resolution 04/2026/UBTVQH16 amends and supplements a number of articles of Resolution No. 81/2025/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee establishing Provincial and Regional People's Courts.

Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and promulgated Resolution 04/2026/UBTVQH16 (Resolution 04) amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 81/2025/UBTVQH15 dated June 27, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee establishing Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts; stipulating the scope of jurisdiction according to the territory of Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts.
