Over the years, trade union levels in Dong Nai City have coordinated with businesses to invite experts to factories to organize professional skills training classes to help workers improve their skills and professional skills; organize long-term and short-term cultural classes for workers.

Typically, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. And Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward) - said that the company's Trade Union regularly organizes free cultural supplementary training programs for workers from grades 6 to 12. Up to now, thousands of workers have participated in studying, and many workers continue to be given opportunities to study at colleges and universities. Many workers after graduation are arranged to hold management positions, thereby their income and lives are increasingly improved and enhanced.

Mr. Tu shared that as a production team leader, he is always aware of his responsibility, in addition to self-study to improve his qualifications, he spends a lot of time guiding and helping other workers when they encounter difficulties, and supporting the company in multi-skilled training for new workers who are still inexperienced.

From the knowledge learned at the company and self-study, Mr. Tu has had many initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and benefit businesses. Notably, Mr. Tu has made improvements in the cutting stage of a product code - helping the company save 21, 231 USD/month; "knife joining" improvement helps cut 8 details at once (before improving the design of single knives), helping to save time, save materials, total savings of 87,790 USD/month.
