Colonel Pham Huu Truong holds the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police

On June 19, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police - handed over the decision to transfer Colonel Pham Huu Truong, Deputy Director of Gia Lai Provincial Police, to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province; Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, agencies, and branches, along with leaders of the Police of Gia Lai, Dong Thap, and Ha Tinh provinces.

Speaking to congratulate, Major General Dinh Viet Dung expressed his belief that in his new position, Colonel Pham Huu Truong will continue to promote his capacity and work experience, and together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police, unite and lead and direct the Nghe An Police force to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

According to the Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, with many years of experience working and holding leadership positions at Gia Lai Provincial Police, Colonel Pham Huu Truong will have many effective solutions and measures, contributing to creating positive changes in the assigned tasks.

Speaking to receive the assignment, Colonel Pham Huu Truong thanked the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security; Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Party Committee, leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police; leaders of Police units, localities and officers and soldiers of Gia Lai Provincial Police for their concern, creation of conditions, and support during the working process.

In his new position, Colonel Pham Huu Truong affirmed that he will seriously receive and effectively implement the directing opinions; promote the spirit of responsibility, and together with the leadership and officers and soldiers of Nghe An Provincial Police, continue to successfully complete the task of ensuring security and order, for the peaceful life of the people.
