The use of part-time workers at the commune level in Ninh Binh will be eliminated
Ninh Binh - Commune-level administrative units will end the use of non-professional workers from August 1, 2025.
According to the "Project to reorganize commune-level administrative units of Ninh Binh province in 2025", after the reorganization, Ninh Binh province will have 39 commune-level administrative units (including 8 wards and 31 communes), a reduction of 86 commune-level administrative units (including 70 communes, 10 wards and 6 towns), a reduction of 68.8%.
The expected names of the newly established wards and communes are as follows: Tay Hoa Lu ward, Nam Hoa Lu ward, Dong Hoa Lu ward, Hoa Lu ward, Tam Diep ward, Yen Son ward, Trung Son ward, Yen Thang ward.
Gia Vien commune, Dai Hoang commune, Gia Hung commune, Gia Phong commune, Gia Van commune, Gia Tran commune, Nho Quan commune, Gia Lam commune, Gia Tuong commune, Phu Son commune, Cuc Phuong commune, Phu Long commune, Thanh Son commune, Quynh Luu commune, Yen Khanh 1 commune, Yen Khanh 2 commune, Yen Khanh 3, Yen Khanh 4, Yen Mo 5, Yen Mo 1, Yen Mo 2 commune, Yen Mo 3, Yen Mo 3 commune, Yen Mo 4, Chat Binh commune, Kim Son commune, Quang Thien commune, Phat Diem commune, Lai Thanh commune, Dinh Hoa commune, Binh Minh commune and Kim Dong commune.
According to the "Project on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Ninh Binh province in 2025", from August 1, 2025, the current employment of part-time workers at the commune level will end.
Local authorities should consider and arrange and assign part-time workers at the commune level to meet the requirements of the task of participating in work in villages and residential groups and implement the regime and policies for cases that are not assigned work according to regulations.
