Merging a department directly under the Provincial People's Committee into the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board

Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish the Quang Ninh Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center under the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board, on the basis of reorganizing the Quang Ninh Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Board under the Provincial People's Committee and the Investment Support Service Center under the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board.

Quang Ninh Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center is a public non-business unit directly under the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board; has legal status, has its own seal and account according to the provisions of law; is under the direct management of the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board, and is subject to professional guidance and inspection by competent authorities.

Center leaders include: Center Director and Deputy Directors of the Center. The number of Deputy Directors is implemented according to current legal regulations.

The organizational structure includes: Administration - General Department and Professional Department.

Quang Ninh province is studying to continue arranging units directly under the Provincial People's Committee and internal organizations of the units.
